Okay, the last few challenges I'm bombing with lots of comments "too dark". The problem is that I have an LCD screen (laptop).
So on my computer they look fine. I even tried to brighten my last entry a touch more because of the last entry. And still I am getting "dark comments".
Is there any calibration tool for LCD monitors? Not sure how I could do this...
(I feel like I'm being killed by dark monitors. And I understand, I go two work and I have two CRT monitors. If I look at photos on one they're all dark and if I look at it on another they're much closer to my laptop. So what do I do?) |

Look into getting yourself color management software specifically for calibrating and profiling your monitor. Monaco, ColorVision and Gretag MacBeth are the three companies that offer highly regarded systems. Any of these systems will calibrate and profile both CRT and LCD monitors. |

I was having a similar issue with my display. No matter how much brightness or contrast I put in, I couldn't seem to get it adjusted good. What I finally did was went into my video preferences (I'm not sure what latitude you have on a laptop to do this). I found the curve settings for brightness, contrast, hue . . . After a few attempts, my display colors and brightness appeared to be more accurate.
Hope that helps a little. Good luck. |

Only your jewelry one looks too dark to me (of your last 4 or 5 entries)

I've already gotten a comment or two on my "Mood" entry.
(thankfully the night entry is supposed to be dark) *lol* |
