Yesterday, at the suggestion of one of the posts in the forums, I downloaded RawShooter Essentials to try it out. This morning, I see that my computer is riddled with fun little adware programs for gambling and shopping all kinds of other things. I believe that the RawShooter program is the only thing I've downloaded recently but I could be wrong. I'm all fixed up now, I was just curious if this program was indeed the culprit. |

I have Rawshooter, downloaded when it first came out, and the upgrade, and I didn't get any free adware with it ;)
Either things have changed, or you one from a bad source, or it's something else. |

I've been using Rawshooter for about a month without seeing any adware. |

Do you have Spybot or any adware finder program you could use?

I do. I have Spybot and Adaware. I'm fine with handling the junk, just curious where it came from as I'm generally pretty good about avoiding such things. Doesn't sound like it came from RawShooter so I must have done something else that I'm just not remembering! |

I've done that before, sometimes I think there is a little elf using my computer.
