so, just to make sure, but in the new challenge in Dreams, it is legal to use photoshop (any editing app) to its fullest?
I reread the rules, but am still a bit unclear?

Basically the same as Basic but spot editing is allowed. This is the simplist way I consider it.

I don't see any extra rules so it's the same editing as all the other member challenges.

If there were extra rules there would be a little yellow flag by it. It is just a member challenge within advanced editing. But you must have more comments made than received at the time of submission.
