This is one of my favorite pictures to come out of Budapest. The two shadowy figures are two friends I met there (the girl on the right is a native of the city and the guy on the left was studying piano there but is now back at his home in Spain). The more I look at this picture the more amazed I feel that it came out so well as I had only gotten the camera two months before. It seems the rule of thirds really is naturally pleasing; the most I had read before and long after this picture was the instruction manual for the camera.

Any comments, critiques, and suggestions are welcome. This photo has not had any work done on it as any adjustments I try do nothing at best. The yellow hue comes from the street lights reflecting off of the heavy fog and the improper white-balance adjustment. But, I think it works.

Too bad this was taken about 6 months too early for the Late Night challenge.
