Just tell me how sharp is this... i just need to see it said... I am so happy with the sharpness on this photo that i just had to share... I know the photo is nothing special but i have been struggling with this thing about sharpness and finally i think i solved the problem it was not on the lens but on the software i was using... I am so happy you just can't imagine... all my photos now seem much better.

look closely at the edge of the chest - it's too sharp...

yeah. i see a haze at the edge of the chest - it doesn't appear to be glare off the feathers.
post a 100% crop of that area. sorry ;{

here is a 100% crop without the USM.. directly out of the camera.

then too much USM
i see no haze on the 100% crop.

| Im new to photography and also struggle with sharpness but Ill say it that looks good to me.I would be realy happy with that |
