Saturday, I submitted a photo for a current challenge but didn't really like the picture, but really didn't have anything to go on. Sunday I got a better picture...so I was going to unsubmit the first and submit the second, well the second wasn't as good as I had hoped and later in the evening I got another idea for a shot. Today I submitted it, but still doubt it's ribbon ability.

I was wondering just for the heck of it...how many times has anyone changed their submission for a challenge.

I second that. For the minimalism challenge I have submitted 5 different times. One account I have changed it 5 times and will probably change it at least once more before the deadline.

Starting to feel better about my inability to commit to a pic...thanks :)

I have never totally changed my mind, and only twice did I change the submission to an improved version of the same photo.

Does that make me stubborn, or lazy or thorough and well organized? Hmmmm...

edited to fix a grammar boo-boo

I only committed on the first shot one time. That is the Free Study. And have submitted to 11 Challenges.

I've never changed my challenge submission. Only rarely have I even edited more than one shot for the challenge. Once or twice I have resubmitted the same photo after doing additional editing.

just finished unsubmitting my 1st shot and submitting a completely different shot for "minimal" with a note saying that this is the first time I wasn't solid on my choice. seems like I'm not alone ;)

now debating changing my image again, for a similar one I took this morning...we'll see at lunch time (only time I can do it) if I do or not. My wife at least agrees that my current submission is better than the previous unsubmitted one, so maybe I'm doing the right thing. Wish I could submit this one but I know the powerlines would kill me. :( they have since been cloned out and colors enhanced.

i agree with you about the power lines. good photo tho even with the power lines. good luck on your submitted photo...which ever one u choose. i finally settled on one lastnight after over a hundred shots but I'm thinking of running out now to try something else to see how it comes out....if its better ill prolly change my submission yet again!

Changed mine again last night. Hopefully I won't change it again.
