Does anyone know a good online tutorial(s) for using advanced techniques/levels/layers/etc.?

I feel that my processing techniques are very limited. I mostly use auto levels, channels layer for monochrome, brightness/contrast, and some dodging/burning. There must be a lot more that I can do in post-processing.

You could probably do a google search and find several tutorials like you're after. Good Tutorials have good tutorials that cover basically everything and use PS 7 and PS CS. While you may not want to learn how to create a planet or logo in PS by following the tutorials you get a feel of the tools available and what they are capable of. You can then adjust them to your particular needs.

Photography-wise, luminous landscape offers some excellent tutorials and articles. They cover levels, curves, and more.
