Fences can be beautiful and restaining. Fences can be real or symbolic. Photograph a fence that is keeping something in or out.

This will make a good challenge. I predict a healthy number of entries. If anyone can't find a fence where they live I'll volunteer to come and find one for them, just pay my airfare.

Probably could have done without the symbolic part, that opens the door to arguements about meeting the challenge and complaints about how others interpret it. Hmmm... Symbolic Fences could be an interesting challenge in it's own right.

I could certainly deal with "FENCES". REAL Fences. Maybe we should make the challenge "Fences and/or Gates, those real things that keep you out, or keep something else in."

Awesome shots soup...! Actually they are all great shots. Can't wait for a real challenge, to see all the great fences, and ideas everyone has! Thanks for sharing.
