this is really great... this might have given a lot of work... we had to shoot in medium format or else it wouldn't give so many images... or else he had to make lots of takes...

4 minutes and 24 seconds, or 264 secs. 5 frames a sec, equals to 1320 pictures......funny it appears to be a lot more!

That is awesome.
I know the camera is rated for 25 pics in a row but I get a steady 32 before I can't take anymore pics.
Anyone know why?? |

Perhaps you have a faster card than Canon at testing?
Here's a question: If you shoot in a lower res JPEG, say medium or even small, do you get more photos in continuous shooting mode?

I don't know I've never tried. I always shoot in highest JPEG.
I'll try tonight and let you know.
I was using a Sandisk Extreme card. I think they are 80X write.

The speed of the card is only relevant if the camera can actually keep up. What is the speed of the 20D?

not sure. But I was thinking if you can take 25 ics in a row maybe I get 32 because 7 have already been writin to the card before the 32 picture has been taken.
Kinda like by the time I hit the 25 pic 5 have already been writin to the card so I get 4 more then by the time I take 4 more theres enough room for 2 more and so on.
