I have always wanted my own website for personal and someday maybe professional reasons. I found this web hosting company and it looks good to me. Could someone with experience or have there own website tell me if this website is good deal. For $4.95/mo it seems like you get a lot. Here is the address Host Excellence

I have FrontPage 98 and I'm good with some HTML and they support Frontpage 97,98,2002 extensions. They also have there own web building tool. It seems like it would be a good price even to use as a place to post my pictures instead of paying for a picture hosting site.

Any help would be grateful.

Price looks good. They've been around for 5 years. Space looks good for the price, but band-width looks really good for the price. Most low-priced hosting has low (about 1 to 5 Gb/month) bandwidth.

I'm thinking this is for me also.

Who is your internet service provider? you usually get web space as part of your service. I am with comcast and get 25Mb per e-mail, and get 7 of those...TONS of online space.
I have a URL from godaddy.com re-directed to my homepage. I keep it simple, but active server pages are available etc. not as full featured as some, and perhaps not as high a bandwidth as some, but the price (essentially free) works for me.

//www.keystonedivision.org - no one in my train club has had any issues with access since '98 when i started the site. I have been with 3 different ISPs and 2 different domain name companies - just a thought.

They said they have 24/7 tech support so I called and was talking to a live Representative within 2 min. I then asked to be connect to sales and was talking with them within 2 min. Sounds good.

I have Knology Highspeed 3000/364 and have 25mb space and 7 email accounts. But I don't have a domain name yet. Plus 25mb goes quick when you put up pictures. With the host I listed above they will register me a domain name free with the service.
