I own a power grip and i was wondering if it is possible to use only one battery in it.
I have three baterias and when the two are dead i can use the single bateria in it?

If you're talking about a BG-E2 then you certainly can.

Yup, you sure can...
I got mine mainly for the vertical grip, not so much the extra battery life..
Looking at the back of the camera you just put the single battery in the right hand side slot, and it'll work as per normal.
