Hey folks,
I was just wondering if Capture and the D70 would work with a Wireless USB system? If so, which one?

Can you explain what you are thinking?
Hell I guess I could have the D70 connected to my laptop running Capture (which I do not use or like) then wireless over to my desktop....but what would be the point?
I don't think there is ANYWAY to run wireless out of the D70 directly, just not built for it. Need internal software and hardware to do it.

What I was thinking was this.. Since I don't really use the PC to control the camera I do sort of like the way you can transfer photos directly onto the PC instead of a memory card (mostly for studio use). Problem is, my labtop is really slow so it doesn't give me much of a memory buffer. What I want to do is use a wireless usb setup instead of the wire they give you to transfer the photos to the PC. |

I'm sure it would although I'm not sure the speed would be great. Exspecially if your downloading 5mb pictures. I would stick with the memory card reader.

I still think this requires software in the camera to run USB. The Wireless USB transmitter for my laptop required me to load software to run it. Not to mention that you have to have some power out of the camera to run that wireless USB.
