A fit young man has died on a flat wide grassy path 200 feet from a gate. Other than his clothes , all he has with him is a stick. He is physically fit and not ill in any way, did not suffer from a heart attack or stroke and was not murdered or harmed by anyone - How did he die?

It Cannot be seen, cannot be felt
Cannot be heard, cannot be smelt
It lies behind stars and under hills
and empty holes it fills
it comes first and follows after
ends life kills laughter

Three -
One, is the son of the middle one(who is the son of the older one)Hence there is two fathers. the younger one is the grand son and the oldest one is the grandfather. Sounds a lot better in my head?

I got that, and would have guessed three except the Grandfather is also a son of his own father, not described in the riddle. that makes 2.

Here, I described it earlier:

"Ummmm...I have to disagree, on the fathers question. The answer is 2! Assume the "grandson" is also a father, holding hands with "his" grandfather. That makes 2! They're also both fathers, and every "man" is the "son" of someone."

Just to let you know my last four riddles all come from a MENSA questionaire. If you get them right you would be considered smart by some and a nerd by others. Got to run now will follow up on this thread tomorrow and post some more. Good night all thanks for a great non photographic thread.
