Very "Sher". :)
I like what you and Brad did with it, they both feel a lot warmer and more natural, whereas mine is cold and harsh. Will try to apply these types of conversions in the future.

True, also something I'm trying to do more and more while composing in the viewfinder: Fill the frame with what I really want to show, too many times I try to include too much.
