Not sure what this is, to tell the truth, but it weren't no simple thing to stumble into. Got a least 15 different filters and maybe 25 layers, added, faded, merged, flattened, expanded, ad infinitum et nauseum, until I got NO idea from whence I was coming or whither I was bound, so I called a halt to the proceedings and loaded her up...

Copy pieces of the cable, liquify to bend, then use transform to rotate, size and skew into place. |

It sets up a nice "Digital Art" challenge, with one supplied picture (or maybe a choice of a few) plus one you take that week : ) |
