Before you pick a school, you have a lot of questions to ask yourself.
Where, geographically, do you want to go? Midwest, South, East Coast, West Coast etc.
What kind of photography do you want to do? Some schools are very much oriented to fine-art photography, others are more commercial, other programs are more of an editorial/photojournalism program. You may not be happy with the instruction you get at a school that is not aligned to some degree with your photographic interests. Take a look at the work of students, alumni and faculty and try to figure out how the work you want to do fits with what you see.
Are you looking for a degree program? If so, do you want a full university curriculum? Some of the general education offerings may be quite limited at photography/art schools.
There are hundreds, if not thousands of schools where you can learn about photography. I would expect that with some homework, you can narrow it down to 2 or 3 that really excite you.
