The grave of one of the original Native Americans (Wampanoag) on Cape Cod; the shells, stones, etc are left by visitors:



Mussel shell and marsh grass:



Broken pine, moss:



Shot yesterday on a cold, dreary, drizzly foray in search of spring.

Interesting picture of the grave, seashells meant a lot to those original inhabitants. Like the third picture, lots going on but not distracting.
