Everytime I take great pictures..... there are no challenges to showcase them in. Last year when I did the Animal Rescue League benefit shoot, I had 30 or so pet portraits. Ones I believe could be ribbon winners Ugh!

I hope I can get some good ones indoors..... the weather is horrible around here now!

These are great! You should have no problem coming up with something new that are just as good if not better. :-)

Just think of the previous shoots being test shots for the new challenge.

The black dog looks like Sam Elliot to me for some reason. Cute shots.

While mine is not as professional as yours (yours are adorable), I did get this silly shot yesterday of a relative's pet turtle. He doesn't seem happy (or I guess all turtles have the same expression?). But darn if it isn't sort of a cute pet portrait.

While not portrait shots, I went out Sunday and took about 200 dogs in action shots at our local dog agility trial. I was trying to get as many breeds as possible.
Here are some examples.

I never take these kind of shots and now look whats happened, there is a pet portrait challenge. Oh well it was great experience.

Shoulda been last week while I was visiting my Grandmother. Got some good shots of her dog. Now I'm back home and petless.
