The snow seems way overexposed, and the tree distracts me from an otherwise great photo. Don't get me wrong, it's good, just a few things that could be improved.

The composition is not bad, the tree frames the shot well, but the snow is way too bright, it is very distrating.

I like the composition. I find the architecture interesting. I do agree that the snow is over-exposed, which is too bad. Personally I like the tree, though it appears that your focus is sharper on the treebark than on the doors. I would remedy that and try to reshoot without blowing the snow. Very good starting point I think.

I agree that the tree makes for a good border on the right, though I don't think you needed that much tree. Considering the square crop on the shot, you might even try getting rid of the tree just to see if a more vertical crop would work. The snow is blown out. Has this been post-processed? If not, you might want to try layer masking for the snow and recover from the overexposure.
