I have the best imaginary friend.
Speaking of beginnings, did anyone ever read the Silmarillion by Tolkien, with his fascinating take on good and evil, all starting with
one "angel" wanting to sing his own tune and becoming discordant with the rest? Strangely enough, Tolkien's "elves" were like angels, always pissed off at Humans because their "god" cared for humans more despite sin and imperfection.
This completely follows along with the christian idea of Lucifer, or "original sin" as the devil simply recognizing his own existence as separate from God, or by saying, hey, look at me I am beautiful.

Reminds me of American Pie, only he's using fruit instead of an apple pie, because In the Beginning they only had fruit and they weren't alowed to eat or fornicate with the apples.

Well, I just submitted my photo to this challenge. I decided to go with humor. Iâm staying away from the religious angle of âIn the beginning.â I thought a little outside the box but Iâm confident it still hits the bullâs-eye. I can say with confidence that it is fresh and will be unique in amongst the rest of the photos. Even if I donât end up with high scores, I hope everyone enjoys it. Since itâs a staged shot, I did make sure it was technically perfect. Good luck to you all. I canât wait to see all the results.

and he saw that they were good; but he had trouble creating good photographers that's when the struggle began.

People always quote that 'fact' when talking about creation, but did you know we share 50% of our DNA with the banana? (And I don't want to see any messages speculating about which part of the anatomy this 50% is !!!)
Anyway, I look forward to seeing the entries for this challenge - a much better topic in my opinion than 'best friends' and 'bored'. |
