Thoughts? I know these could be improved by fill flash and/or a reflector....anything else?

1st and last are my favs. Fill flash would have reduced shadows a little, but they're still nice images.

The first one is the better of the lot for me although the bottom of the bridge is a tad distracting. Cropping it out of the shot put full focus on the couple. They do look like they are squinting a little, though. From the rest of the set I'm assuming they wanted some fun, candid informal images. The last one really captures that. I dont know if you tried to remove the background in the third one or tried to emphasize the blur of the ride. His face is quite blurry, though. Although 2, 3, and 4 show a sense of fun as a couple I think the composition and background give them a somewhat snapshotty feel. Five has a good pose and composition but the bridge running through his head is not a good thing. I'm not so sure about the background in 6 either although I like the pose. They do have the shadow/hot spot areas on their face as you mentioned.

As they are informal shots have you thought about trying black and white? These kind of candid shots lend well to the photojournalistic style that is popular with some wedding photographers.

The first one is my fave, followed by the one looking out to the water. Very nice. Playful couple they are.
