Your comments on the photograph. I guess it the symmetry of the photograph that captures my attention. Maybe it's the lines [might of done ok in the lines challenge]. But for some reason it is one of my favorite photos taken this week. Any title suggestions?

Could be twin photo with one of my favorite subjects in Troy, NY (Hudson River/bridges)-Love the graphic designs formed by the supports. So the names kept flowing:
Lines Abridged
Lines Supported, Lines Cemented
Concrete Design
Lines of Support
Holding Up
Functional Art
Form and Function
None are quite grabbing me, but maybe a jumping off place for you.
I might try cropping 1/3 to 1/2 of the way (into middle of 2nd support) from both right and left. That would remove the lighter focus - takes away from the solidness portrayed by the heaviness of the concrete.

Looks pretty good Scott, maybe crop a little more off the road in the foreground?
Name, how about "Stability" looks pretty stable to me :)

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. After reviewing them all I have to go with "Pi" suggested by AJAger.

This picture might look better in black and white. I love the shot, but not crazy about the color. PI is a great title. |
