Waiting to see the outcome of the lines challenge but I can barely keep my eyes open. Anyone got a good joke?

Old lady goes to the doctors and says "excuse me doctor I have really bad gas, I cannot stop passing wind, they dont make a noise or any smell but it is quite uncomfortable, in fact I have passed wind 3 times in your office now, is there anything you can do"?
the doctor gave the old lady some medicine and asked her to return the following week.
next week the lady returned but she was very angry and shouted at the doctor "I dont know what the hell that stuff was you gave me but Ive still got gas and now they smell terrible"
so the doctor smiled and said calmly "good, now we fixed your sinuses lets work on your hearing".

I'm not so sure of what happened, but I think it happened cz I was very anxious, or should I say nervous? I don't know, I'm very sensitive to needles, but I actualy think it's all in my head. It doesn't hurt at all, it's something I can handle, just need to work on my emotions.
