This was one of those great candid moments of my son. He doesn't know they're weeds :)

stunning clarity, very nice. I'm going to have to look at those fixed focus 50mm lenses again. You must have been close to him physically, but he's so focused on the picking, and so comfortable with you shooting, it's very touching.

Having the 50mm is a curse and a blessing. It was the first lens I bought for the Rebel (I used the triple rebate deal), and nothing else I've bought since then can compare. I guess I gotta get an L.
digitalknight - he knew I was there... he is just used to the camera by now :-)
lentil - yep, mommy got the flower, and she loved it.
