Have a friend that is looking at getting the Epson Stylus Photo RX500 all-in-one printer. One of the things he is wanting to do is scan in some of his film negatives.

Does anyone know how well this particular system does with film scanning? It is understood it is not high end. :)

I'm going to research this more when I get home from work in awhile, but wanted to see if anyone has feedback.
