Leisure Bay Genius Series Spa/Hot Tub Model: Pacific View
Dimensions: 88â x 88â x 34â
Capacity: 450 gals approximately
Electrical: 240V (Neutral required for 120V loads/controls)
Cover: Brand new insulated cover just replaced ($300)
Cover is slopped from center out to allow rain water to run off easily.
Seats: 1-5 (has 4 seats and 1 bed)
Independent Maintenance Solution:
Non-Stop 24 hour circulation system provides continuous filtration and water purification. In addition the jets are processor controlled to start once each day for additional filtration when not in use.
Unit has built in light with snap on colored lens covers.
Built in Ozonator (Ozone Generator)
Has precision control center with no moving parts.
Has light control, two jet controls and turbo air control with LED readout for temp and etc.
Each jet is connected to the manifold by dedicated plumbing to insure an equal volume of water with equal pressure. The air injector system utilizes the same design. In addition each jet has air/water mixing controls.
Has built in filter with Bromine dispenser or you can use the new Baqua chemical system that is Bromine and Chlorine free.

stay away from the BaquaSpa system. it uses a very highly concentrated form of hygrogen peroxide ( about 27% vs the 3% you have in your medicine cabinet ) and the gasses cause nose and lung iritation. the peroxide is more caustic than chlorine...
trust me.
why are you selling the tub? i have one, and wouldn't part with it until it's time to upgrade it...

Since our boys moved out we have not used it that much. We are redoing the landscape in our backyard and constructing a large water garden next to the deck. We simply want more room on the deck.
It has been very well maintained and cared for and I just took some photos and I will post a link to where I upload them.
