We went on a hike this weekend.. it was supposed to be sunny, but the fog rolled in.
And then the sun shone through the fog for a brief time.. it was simply amazing to watch!!

Here are a couple of pictures (there's a couple more I'll work on, and one in a challenge (entirely unlike these ones :) ) ... any comments or suggestions?
Really wish I had taken the wide angle lens too... I only had the 70-300mm on me! maybe another time, if the elements will be so kind :)

The first and the third would make nice prints, I think. What a great time to be there! I think it's so hard to try and capture moments like that in a photo. You've done well.

Wow! What planet were you hiking on? We don't even have leaves, much less scenes like that.
