Since I am a relative newcomer to photography, could someone explain to me what the new challenge means? What is a stock photo company..someone you would sell pictures to, or something to do with the stock market? I'm interpreting it as something you would put in a portfolio to show a photo company as advertisement of your skills..can the shot be anything or are they looking for a certain type of commercial image? Need help here, and soon..thanks

I'm taking this as a free study. The range of images offered by photo stock agencies is endless.
