I've checked a number of past challenges, and a 6.7 statistically will get you third or fourth place, or it will land just outside the top ten. I'm getting about a 6.7 in Ansel Adams, I'm wondering where I will end up???? |

I haven't seen anyone talking about scores higher than 6.7. Either we are in the top grouping, or there is a 'sleeper' out there who will blow us away! LOL |

At 245 votes I was 6.7143... This represented a steady climb from the low 6.6's... At 246 votes, I slipped to 6.7073, where I currently reside. Unfortunately, in my experience the "usual" high vote-getters don't post their scores. I'm hoping for top 10, I suspect this is a high-scoring challenge.

With so many B&W landscapes, I wouldn't expect much differentiation in scores. Already there's three of you at roughly the same score, so I wouldn't be surprised if some typically high scores don't make the top 10. I've ribboned with a 6.4, yet didn't make the top 5 with a 7+, so you just never know. Good luck! |

I'm at a 6.1517, which is my highest ever. I started out at a 6.1, and dropped down to a 5.7, but am back at 6.1, so...we'll see. I'm hoping to at least be in the top 20, but I doubt it.

Each challenge is different. It depends how hot it runs. I recall I had 7.2+ and this got me 5th place. For one thing, I was unable to travel and did my shot around the corner and this one has bombed. Nobody wanted a 9th zone study.lol Lol, not a give away as there are many 9tth zone studies. |

looks like my 6.5 won't get me a ribbon this time with you three in front of me..... hoping for a top 10
unless all my low scores didn't vote over 20% and get discarded :)
off to work now will check back in 4 hours... I hate daylight saving and missing the changeover

Mine is above 6.7 but I'm not even expecting a top 10 finish given the competition. |

Damn. I'm at 6.666 which is not a good sign! And my photo has nothing to do with Satan even.
Well, we'll find out soon.

Well, it turns out a 6.7 will get me a 10th place in this challenge. I'm happy to have made top ten, lots of great entries. Congrats to the winners!

well that's kind of disapointing... I was hoping to be in the top10 with a 6.1 in Surrealism, but it seems i'm not gonna make it that high :(
Oh well, gotta keep at it.
