I definitely think the bar should be held partially responsible....seems like a clear case of negligent homicide to me.

if it were my family member i would be doing something about it. There are laws about that here to protect people. Not sure about Santo Domingo

What is wrong with people? I mean 50 tequilla shots???? After 10-15 he should not have been able to move....
