Shot this last summer. Out of the many pics taken that day, this one caught my attention for its sens of claustrophobia and 'lost'. To me it kind of brought a feeling of perharps how it was 'then'. Although the vegetation and some elements of the costum are wrong of course.
I would like comments on the 2 versions of the pics please: Post-Prod, composition and frame.

My preference would be the one without the strips. They seems to take away from the photo. Oh yeah, and besides the vegetation issue the uniform is much to clean!

From one that was there I agree completly. The patch is all wrong. We all wore green and black patches. Nothing with color, as it made a great target. |

I thought the card was something you threw on a dead enemy. Wearing one on the helmet would probably be bad luck.

Ok thanks for the comments, i know this isn't Vietnam, i know i wasn't there and and i do not know how hard it must've been. The gear is not mine and the vegetation is wrong (obviously).
But i would like comments on the post-production of the shot, the way its composed and framed. [/url] |

I don't care for the post production. It takes away form the mood. |
