Just found a photographer I'd never heard of before who does B&W or monochrome only, by the look of it. (A book in the foreign book section in the library - didn't find any Ansel Adams, though, but it's such a pain looking up the Japanese catalogue, and I completely forgot about it). Henry Horenstein, from Rhode Island.

Website at Horenstein BUT WARNING there are some closeup photos of human body parts which aren't appropriate to view in certain places such as work.

Yah, he teaches not that far from where I live, at Rhode Island School of Design. I'm not that fond of his current work, but it's certainly been well-accepted. It seems somewhat self-conscious to me...

Must be an acquired taste. One too many hairy nipples for my taste. Let's not even get into the nads.
