Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM

My membership expires in 3 days. I don't have a credit card and a good friend sent me a gift cerificate. When I try to introduce the code there is an error that persists for more then 2 days. I contact the site owners and still no reply.
Anyone had encountered similar problems?
I don't really want to loose my membership. Maybe any site councils around to guide me?

If you can tell us what the error *is* we might have a chance at helping you. Please walk us through exactly what you are doing and give us the exact text of the error message.

Also, how long ago did you contact the site owners, and how did you contact them?

This is definitely something that D&L would need to address. I'll send them a heads-up to make sure it's on their radar screen. Rest assured that it will be ironed out.

I go to //dpchallenge.com/subscribe.php
Then click renew now, introduce the gift code then this messge appears:
The following error occurred in your registration process...

That's the mail I have received from the site:

I see your problem. You got a DPCPrints gift certificate, not a DPChallenge gift certificate. The two are not interchangeable.

I was going to be placing a prints order today anyway, so if you would like, I'll trade you even-up for a $25 membership renewal gift certificate. If you're interested, email me your certificate code and I'll send you a code for your membership renewal.
