I was wondering what would you call a really good photographer? Perhaps professional? talented amateur? I asked someone that question i said do you think your professional and he said it all depends on what you think that means is that someone who gets paid to do something? but what if he wasnt paid to take pictures and did it as a hobby what would he be called then? Thanks

| "Never volunteer" ... I'd just say "I'm a photographer." Let people draw their own conclusions from that. |

A skilled photographer is a "master"... A "professional" does it for pay, and may or may not be particularly skilled. Not all professionals are masters.

Master, very good conclusion so what would be under a master? Iam trying to figure out what i am and what i would be called

Yea, just stick with "photographer".
I don't know about everyone else, but I'm a Photographer.
There are too many labels in this world. |

I like photographer i jus thought i wanted a name though becuase now adays people judge people and if your not top noche you can forget it
