Not sure if this will work i am trying to insert a thumbnail. Please be paitent with me. I am reading tutorial.

You will get it :)
You have to use both an open and close tag:
[thumb] (open tag)+ photo number + [/thumb] (close tag)

Really great expressions. Personally, Id bump the contrast up to make the blacks blacker and the whites whiter.

I agree......use level in PS to increase blacks and whites....overal.....nice pic.

a couple of people have suggested that i use contrast in PS. How do i make it not look blasted. Having trouble with it |

Using the eye droppers in levels to find the black and white points should yield better contrast also. |
