Photo shop experts...Please help me make this better
I have no idea what where to start with this one and I love the expression can it be saved?

Hey thank you that is certainly a lot better..
I was wondering too what causes that besides the obvious motion I am setting my camera for indoor shots with fair low light about give or take like this pic...its 1/2 sec..
apeture value 6.0, max 3.0, f stop f 8, brightness value -77 /100, metering mode pattern, light source unknown, 6.00mm scene type direct photo image....
