Just returned from a 3-day retreat at a lovely retreat center run by Catholic nuns. Located on the Ohio River in Cincinnati, the facility has a lot of history and I could have spent my entire time there just taking pictures. I spent most of my photo-taking time in the chapel.

Yeah, :( I forgot to take my tripod darn it. I did sit just a couple of them on pew backs, but only to steady and the angles just weren't very good for that. I really need to keep a tripod in my car!

Maybe a small mono pod would be easier. The color depth is great (on my monitor at work). I just became a member about three weeks ago so I don't comment to much. And a great job for hand held. I rarely use a tripod, mostly walls, poles, any solid object.

And I'll take you up on the look at the portfolio. I haven't posted any pics in the forums yet. Just a general idea of how you think they look would be fine!
