S ANYONE FAMILIAR WITH SOFTWARE ATTEMPST TO IMPORT OR LOAD SUITABLE GRAPHICS FOR JPEG IMAGES THAT HAS BEEN RECOVERY FROM A FORMATTING HARD DISK. I HAVE ALL MY PICTURES WITH THUBMNAILS WITH SIZES BUT I CAN'T OPEN IT. HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS MATTER, I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY PIC.

OK, I can try to help, but I'll need more info.

1) What software did you use to recover the files?

2) When you say "I have all my pictures with thumbnails with sizes", what files are listed? Please be exact as this is vital.

If you are using windows, click on the 'View' menu and select 'Details', then type as much info as you can. If you can't see this menu option, tell me what kind of computer you have - e.g. PC or MAC, and what version of the operating system you have - e.g. Windows 98, Windows XP, OS 10.1

You could also take a screenshot and upload it here, if you know how to do this.
