Argh. I knew something like this would happen on my trip. Here is my bridge picture, one day too early.
As always, comments/criticisms welcome.

Beautiful shot. If only you could go back. Sounds like you have the same luck as me.
This would get you another ribbon for sure.

Very nice photograph but it looks like you went beyond 'basic' editing. I could be wrong, and if not it would be great.

Argh for me too, here is one I took yesterday, not as pretty as yours, but interesting, at least to me.

Nope, all basic editing. Contrast, Sat, USM.
BTW, I used my new lens on this trip. I really like it. It is a Tamron SP 24-135mm Macro AD Aspherical. $200 off of ebay. It is SOLID.
Thanks for the comments.

Well I must say a great job in photographing the subject and a great job in post processing within basic limits. I would of scored this one high. Great job cpurser!

I took a bridge picture last weekend in the Smoky Mountains of a bridge over a creek somewhere along the trail to the Chimney Tops. That's pretty cool that you were in the same park :) |

That is cool. The weather was great, wasn't it? I got tons of pics from Cades Cove on Monday.
