Has anyone here done the Firmware upgrade for their Kodak camera. If so, did it work well? Was it easy to do?
The firmware upgrade is to:
Focus accuracy in low-light levels has been improved. |

I posted on this the day it came out; I was hoping you would see it. Yes, I installed it and everything is great. A few folks on the DPREview Kodak Talk Forum had some problems just doing the upgrade, but I had none.

This is so terrible to admit, but I haven't even had a chance to try it out. But I saw many examples posted on the Talk Forum and it made a splendid difference!!!

| I have not had my Kodak DX7590 long, and I already feel like I want a real DSLR camera. I feel so bad about that. I have to keep telling myself that I have a lot to learn and that I should learn as much as possible with my DX7590. :-) |

I guess I am lucky - I don't want a dSLR yet. I feel there is so much I need to learn first.

| I'm with you Kylie, my camera before this one was the DX4330, had alot of fun with it. Lots of learning to do with this one, many possibilities, this is the next best thing to a DSLR that we can afford. |
