My two boys goofing off. If this would have been taken during the faceless challenge, i am curious how this would have been rated. Thanks!

Not very highly if it was me unfortunately - probably 2 or 3. Whilst it's a very nice warm family picture, that's pretty much where it ends.

However I do see a good image there, I personally would have had them playing and shot a few of those - this would be more candid and natural as opposed to them standing there 'goofing off' for the camera. Say climbing a tree of something..

Also with your border - this isn't needed and breaks up the image.

Another golden rule if you like, with these types of shots, is to get the subjects to stand closer - tell them that you want their bodies touching. This improves 99% of these types of photographs..

Also, the smaller child shows half a face...
