Do a photo where the grain (usually the arch-enemy of digital photos) is used to advantage and enchances the photo.

Grain - as in the effect added using photoshop or other photo editing tool? Or noise, as in the electronic artifacts cause by setting the ISO too high on your camera? IMO, there is a difference.

Definately the former and not the PS thingie.
So, this would be a basic challenge? Or is the noise filter allowed there? Then a special rule challenge, forbidding the use of noise-addition filters.

Adding noise is one of the two "filters" specifically allowed under the basic rules. Gaussian blur is the other.
