Was thinking about entering this in the light challenge but felt it was too soon after the Architecture II. Comments good are bad are welcome. I'm trying to learn and I need your input. Thanks in advance.

Doesn't say "light" to me at all. Plus the colors look overprocessed and the sky washed out, an odd combo. Those intense blues on the shady side are very offputting to me.

A wise person once gave me some advice and that is if the sky is going to be a major part of your picture make sure it is spectacular one. If the day isn't giving you spectacular skies, take the shot another day when it is. Your sky is not spectacular and as the other Bear said, a little washed out. A polarising filter could be of use here to give more definition and contrast to the clouds.
I like the angle you've shot from but the whole image looks a little 'flat' to me. You might want to try shooting the same scene at dusk when the light might have a better quality to it.
I think you have to ask yourself, 'What am I trying to say with this picture?'. At the moment, it doesn't speak to me much other than saying, 'There is this building and I took a snap of it'. It doesn't elicit any emotional feelings from me.
