I don't know. He could be wearing a funny hat and have a long horn and his St. Bernard in the car with him.

Ha, ha... that would be funny... i can see the big St. Bernard just giving a "look" into the camera, just before the final shot.

Funny!

I guess it's a matter of perspective -- given the Swiss' long-held tradition of neutrality, a Swiss suicide-bomber might've seemed absurd and, therefore, funny (too a very niche audience, admittedly).

I'm guessing it would involve an avalanche, a skiing village and an alphorn.

I downloaded quicktime. Cool video. I,m saving that one.

I'd be interested to know how you are going to save streaming quicktime media. It's impossible, isn't it? No data is left in the cache, and ther'Es no way of saving the movie.

I also remember a similar case with a Nike advertisement. A photograph. It shows only the lower part of a guys legs, standing on the left of the image and facing right. In front of him, in the right side of the image, kneels a girl in a position that suggests a blowjob. Both wear Nike shoes and clothes. It looked very professional and the artists were sued by Nike. I couldn't find it on google or alltheweb though. Maybe someone else can?

That's why I couldn't find it. Thanks. Any comments on the quicktime save dilemma?

lmao...that was pretty funny. those of you who found that disgusting need to relax a lil bit. i've been in the buttcrack of the middle east for about a yr now and i hear crap blow up EVERYDAY so i suppose i'm a lil immune to stuff like that. detach yourself from your pc minds and accept a lil creativity unlike many of the un-imaginative minds who vote in the challenges on this site.....peace

I know this thread has been quiet, but I just came across this on CNN:

VW Issues Apology
01/31/2005 08:12:07 PM · #62
I bet if you follow the money trail back, it ends up at VW. IMHO, if VW really thought they sustained damages from the ad, they would have proceeded with legal action to warn others to not try this.

Their actions just lend more credibility to the accusations that this was a "viral" campaign by VW.

Regardless, I still think it was a funny ad.

This is an enormously misleading post. It should read Creators of VW spoof ad apologize

If you're a suicide bomber AND reading this, it occurs to me exactly how UNSUCCESSFULL you are in your current line of work. Perhaps a change is in order!
