Just look at this face!

This little deer and a few others come every day in the winter for some cracked corn. I shot this today through a window, so the clarity is pretty bad, but I thought she had a pretty nice face anyway.

Nice shot. Love the expression.

Looks like you could easily take care of the light cast in photoshop. Auto levels should do it.

That's what I did to make it this good. There was quite a bit of haze created by the window. She's getting tame enough that maybe I can re-shoot this next time with nothing in between us.

Wow, that looks tons better. I guess I better open up Photoshop again and see what I can do. I'm sure she'll be back every day now that the snow is here so maybe I can get a much clearer shot to start with.

Oh my, she is beautiful. Given the circumstances, you did a great job. I like Sunniee's PS work a lot. Would just clone out that one flare at the top.

:)

Personally, I like the original here the best. Really shows where the expression "doe eyes" came from! Just an incredible catch on this one and you should be proud.

Thanks. The original isn't really the original anymore. I liked Sunnie's PS work and came pretty close. Tomorrow I'll work on cloning out the hot spots.

At least Pittsburgh had a season. Try being a Giants fan.

VERY nice shot... Try cloning snow down to eliminate the awkward "back" of the deer, make it a headshot? Be a good exercise...
