I'm almost embarrassed to ask. When people are posting comments referring to a previous comment, they have the previous coment they are referring to in italics on their post. How do you do it? |

Hit the Quote button...
or to just make something italic put (i) and (/i) but replace the ( and the ) with "[" and "]"

when reading a post there are 2 button on the upper right of the message window. click on quote and a reply window comes up. the original message is posted in automatically, and you can edit it if needed.
on the post reply window there are buttons on the top for :
bold
italic
insert image
insert WWW link
insert a thumbnail from your DPC portfolio useing the ID number
at the bottom are check boxes - the first is obvious, the second will let you paste in a http//link and make it clickable.

Sure you are, the word text is in italics. When the button puts the code in the textbox it puts the word text between the "i's", replace that text with what you want italics. Note that it does not work like a regular text editor where it would make anything selected italics.
