I have gotten a few comments on the Bokeh challenge and have read some of the threads on it and I am not sure that everyone is on the same sheet of music. I have been on the web trying to figure out what is Bokeh. All though I must admit most of the photo's that I found had the background very out of focus, there were some that were not that blurred. I don't think that the background needs to be unrecognizable to be Bokeh. There are a few phots that IMO are really very beautiful but fear that they will not do well because of the definition that most people are thinking of. All it is, is to have a out of focus foreground or background, in this case the latter, which adds to the appeal of the photo.

notice the bokeh on the horses legs. those horses are dead now. been beaten to death.

someone needs to shoot my bokeh shot and put it out of it's misery....
