Is there an easy way in PS to make cool frames or borders on any picture you have? Do they have to be made to a certain size first? Thanks, I know this information has to be out there somewhere, I just can't find what I'm looking for. Preferably an action or something automated.

In tips and tricks... do a search *(upper left hand corner) and put in borders. It pulls up tons of links :o)
