I'm happy for you! Why are you buying it all now, all at once?
New business start-up? Just finished school?
Just curious! |

I'd go for the 50mm 1.4 rather than the 1.8, it's a better lens and not "that" expensive at all. BTW the 1.4 is 58mm which is a very common filter size. Buy a CPL for that as well.
On a different track. How about software?
PS CS for imagework
but for RAW I'd suggest C1 or Capture One as they are called again now.
With that gear you're prolly shooting RAW, right?
I have the 17-40 F4L and I love it, but if were to choose now, and had the $$$ I'd go for the 16-35 2.8L - the 1mm on the wider end IS important - but mainly for low light. F4 is a little too slow for my preferences.
If you're doing outdoors work, good bag/hard case.

Oh... forgot to mention that I already have a cable release.

Yes... me and a friend are going into business. It won't actually start for a year or so but I've got the money now with my current job. He has a medium format mamiya with a digital back and will do product photography and I'm going to do about everything else. Ideally I'd like to do sports photography but I know I won't make a living at that right away. Thats why I'm waiting on the 300 and 400 L's :)
