I took this from far way and had to enlarge quite a bit

This one was two exposures, one for the building and one for the mountain

This one I am not too sure about. I really didn't get the effect I hoped for.

I like the barn picture - the difference in the background and forground exposure gives a pleasant combination to my eye. It looks like there are some holes in the roof of the barn where the new and improved background are not showing through properly.

I don't know what effect you were going for in "tree", but I like it. It gives me the impression of cold and maybe lonliness. I think that the snow is a bit underexposed which might be hard to fix under those shooting conditions.

Ice climber doesn't do much for me - the terrain seems too featureless for me to get any idea of what the climber is climbing.

But I enjoyed them all - I miss the snow and the cold of Colorado!

Love the barn shot...great work with both exposures.
I do like the tree shot, in a surrealistic sort of way. Not sure if the bluish coloring is what you were trying for. Have you tried getting the snow to white? If so, how does that look?
How is the weather in Windsor today? Oh yeah...I am only 10 minutes away. (C:

Thanks for the comments, and as for dacrzyrn, would still love to get together at some point. The weather is cold and a bit of snow.
